Job Description
We are currently seeking a
Parking Permit Office Clerk for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Permit Office Clerk is responsible for processing employee parking applications and revalidations, responding to phone calls and email queries regarding Toronto Pearson Employee Parking and performing other Employee Parking admin tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process Parking Permit applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support to all Stakeholders regarding employee parking concerns and questions
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Respond to email queries within the 24-hour deadline and in a professional manner
- Provide solutions to discrepancies
- Ensure all accounts and profiles are updated and accurate
- Maintain tracking logs for parking passes both issued and returned
- Track parking pass inventory
- Ensure proper distribution of assigned parking facilities based on space availability
- Provide assistance and support to A/R Team for billing purposes
- Perform Parking Permit admin duties as directed
- Generate and submit reports according to their deadlines
- Keeping an organized work environment
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday office hours
- Operation runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Strong English communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
- Proven customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in general
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
