The opportunity
The Operations and Talent Development Coordinator supports with the deployment, planning, delivery initiatives virtually and in person. They will be working with both our Operations team and Talent Development team and also take part in key learning initiatives as they arise. This role promotes overall synergies with both the Americas and Global programs along with our learning and talent teams. This role needs to effectively balance working very independently while applying a consultative approach to address business needs with the right team members on a regular basis.
This role will require strong project management skills as they will need to balance multiple initiatives at a time in a fast-paced environment. They will be a key contributor in supporting the delivery of our Operations Strategy for Learning and the ongoing programs that are aligned to Talent Development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with other team members on the logistical planning, deployment and communications of projects
- Ability to support with presentations in the creation and refinement of them
- Support with both virtual and onsite sessions including overall deployment
- Ability to navigate through excel, sifting through data and highlighting key priorities
- Creates and sends out communications aligned to our programs
- Partners with the Americas and Global team with programs and initiatives ensuring communications are sent, targets are hit, and our internal stakeholders are informed
- Organize and participate in debriefs with facilitators (and other stakeholders) with focus on continuous improvement
- Compile and summarize reports
- Support with team budget
- Support EY Badges program through teaming with Regional Badge Champion, organizing and drafting communication for Badges Advocates, responding to learner queries, participating in Advocate calls
- Support Global CE Policy compliance process
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Proven ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed team members, indirect team members, client serving personnel at higher staff levels and support staff
- Demonstrated ability and confidence working with technology and learning new software
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and meet demanding timeframes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple groups across learning and the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of teaming and working with others
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Vendor management skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Education or experience in Human Resources, Learning or Talent Development
- Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint (use of pivot tables and v-lookup)
- Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
