As a Spa Concierge you play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting the team in an efficient operation for day to day events and schedule. The successful candidate will require strong leadership skills that can work well with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Hour schedule: 9am to 6pm - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide administrative & customer service support to spa as needed, mainly Booking appointments by phone, email and online.
- Optimize daily schedules based on business demand, blocking off and rescheduling hour or shifts where necessary.
- Ensure smooth operation of reception, greeting and welcoming clients for services.
- To be knowledgeable about the property, services, retail products and surrounding area.
- Assisting Therapist’s when they may be running behind with room set up, clean up etc.
- Support retail sales and future sales by explaining offers to clients while checking them out.
- Handle customer concerns and or complaints with a confident ability to resolve the issue.
- Ensure the spa reception area is in peak condition at all times
- Maintain inventory of supplies and retail for the spa facility.
- Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials and marketing materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
