Receptionist needed in January for temporary role in Richmond!
Agilus is recruiting for a
Receptionist in the
administrative sector in
Richmond, British Columbia.
Our client is looking for some temporary reception coverage in the new year. The perfect role for someone looking to gain some experience, bring in the new year with a new role, and someone open to working full time in-office, being a crucial member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones, providing client customer service, taking messages, and forwarding calls
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail through couriers and Canada Post
- Greeting incoming clients and setting up meeting rooms
- Helping with any office events or big meetings - prepping the rooms, ordering catering, and coordinating
- Helping with filing, data entry, and scanning when needed
- Keeping the front desk and kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Coordinating with building maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years of Receptionist experience
- Experience working in large, busy, corporate environments
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience coordinating with couriers and mail
- Organized, professional, and reliable
Total Rewards
- $23.00 hourly
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:50am to 4:30pm
- Location: Richmond
- Weekly payroll
- Temporary, full time position
