We are a well-established Medical Assessment Centre specializing in services for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) victims. Our professional team is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluations and support to individuals dealing with auto insurance claims. We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for assessments and treatments.
- Logistics Management: Arrange necessary transportation and translation services for clients.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring responsive communication with clients, insurance companies, and law offices.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry using Universal Scheduling Program and Google Sheets, maintaining up-to-date records of client files.
- Record Keeping: Ensure all client files are organized and easily accessible; manage the delivery of assistive devices.
- Documentation: Provide CNRs and handle auto insurance claims forms, including treatment and assessment plans (OCF-18s).
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with insurance companies and law offices to update and maintain accurate client files and records.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a medical assessment center, rehabilitation center, or law firm dealing with medical cases.
- Education: College Diploma or University Degree.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external parties.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
