Marketing Assistant ,also needs to conduct some reception job duties. Female is preferred.
Duties
- Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and taking messages.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support accounting functions using QuickBooks for invoicing and record keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
