What does a Health & Safety Administrator at GardaWorld do?
- Prepare and maintain data, records and reports
- Assist with Joint Health & Safety Committee Meetings
- Respond and assist with internal and external health and safety-related inquiries and requests
- Apply sound judgement in directing inquiries appropriately
- Communicate initiatives and key performance indicators to regional management and follow up to ensure compliance
- promote a positive culture of health and safety in the workplace
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications to become Health & Safety Administrator in Toronto?
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role in a health and safety environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and oral English
- Proven ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
