Job description
You will be responsible for:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Ensure timely payment and filings with tax authorities
- Manage and payment of payroll
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Review financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Input customer Invoices daily
- Submit bills of lading to the shipping company, for Triple Bogey drivers
- Ensure deliveries are made by Triple Bogey delivery team and third party logistics company
- Help build delivery routes daily for Triple Bogey drivers
- Pick items needed for Triple Bogey drivers each day
- Inventory management
- Help with Sales Rep Management
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-Time
Wage: Hourly or Salary Depending on Qualifications. Starting hourly $25.00/Hr
A full-Time position for the right person to join our team.Office is at 2241 Queen Street East, Toronto. Must be local to the area.
