One of our major Banking clients is looking for a Office Administrators (Major Bank, Ticketing)
Length: 6 months contract with the strong possibility of extension and conversion to full time employment
Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite (2 branches - will be required to be at each site at least once a day; but there is overall flexibility in where they work throughout the day)
Working hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Line of Business: Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management

ROLE MANDATE:
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration and provides professional support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. The role provides general offices services ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
· Serves as part of the Operations Team for the Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management
· Processing employee transitions
· Intakes, onboarding & offboarding
· Internal transfers
· Utilize ServiceNow to log and resolve tickets
· Manage building access including badge management/allocation, floor headcounts, maintaining distributions lists for each team
· Oversee the provisioning of equipment and assets requested by internal teams
· Manage the floors they are on for each location
· Working with facilities to ensure cleanliness and over maintenance is up to standard, and office/kitchen supplies are stocked
· Compliance including working with facilities to coordinate fire drills etc
· Confirming desks that have been reserved are in use
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
· Previous experience in Operations 2+ years
· Previous experience in Customer Service 4+ years [can be any customer service-related role]
· Candidate must be detail oriented, and willing to take initiative without being directed
· Must have superior time management skills, and ability to be accountable for their own working schedule
· Candidate should be a people person, and team player looking to foster a positive team culture as they will act as the point of contact for request coming from all over Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
· Previous Experience with ServiceNow
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
· 1-2 rounds with Hiring manager, second round with Hiring manager and a colleague
