Willowdale Nissan Ltd is seeking highly motivated and results-driven BDC Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the bridge between the dealership and its customers. Through initiative-taking communication, scheduling expertise, and excellent customer care, you will foster long-term relationships while meeting dealership goals. Your ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment will set you apart in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Making Inbound and outbound calls and responding to customer inquiries.
· Purify and update customer changes in database.
· Scheduling service appointments and selling add on products.
· Following up with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
· Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
· Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
· Schedule future contact as needed.
· Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
· Assist with other duties, as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Automotive BDC experience is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
- First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
- Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills.
