Position Overview:
With inpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment center throughout the country, EHN Canada has a wide market presence which includes brand recognition, referral relationships, previous clients, advertising, word-of-mouth, and search engine optimization. They generate over 10,000 inbound inquires each month from potential new clients or their family members. These funnel into the admissions team via calls, chats, and emails.
The Inside Sales Representative serves this high inbound volume with a professional 30-minute phone consultation.
