Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Videographer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is primarily focused on creating high-quality video content for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
The work schedule is primarily during weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts as required. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites within the Vancouver area.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video content, including interior and exterior real estate footage.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other video production equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Deliver completed footage on time and in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in camera operation and video shooting techniques.
- Strong understanding of lighting and composition principles.
- Experience in video production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in film, video production, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in real estate videography is an asset.
- Access to a drone and proficiency in drone operation is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Availability to work primarily on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Must have your own filming equipment.
