Wineries use our software to sell through all direct to consumer sales channels including ecommerce, point of sale, reservations, and subscriptions.
Over the past 5 years we’ve grown to serve over 1800 wineries across 8 different countries ranging in size from mom and pop operations, to multinational enterprises.
As a Sales Development Representative at Commerce7, part of the Fullsteam organization, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to build the foundation for our sales pipeline. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and industry events.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential customers and generate interest in our software solutions.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context, is highly desirable. This includes experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
