Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Director for Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working with clients to buy, sell, properties while utilizing your skills in negotiation and market analysis to achieve successful transactions. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the real estate process, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. and Built and Manage our inhouse sales team in Residential sales and Presales.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
- Utilize technology sales tools, including Salesforce, to manage client information and track sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to offer informed advice to clients.
- Participate in business development activities to expand your client base and network within the community.
- Lead open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
