(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. As a Sales Development Representative at FISPAN, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating a prospecting and territory plan alongside our Account Executives to generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Constantly looking for areas of opportunity and improvement across the enterprise.
- Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential banks through various channels, including email, phone calls, events, and social media, to introduce FISPAN's services.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within target markets, focusing on banks that can benefit from FISPAN's embedded banking solutions and services.
- Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine alignment with FISPAN's offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospective clients and the sales team to further discuss how FISPAN can meet their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in similar sales roles achieving and exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure based on comparable market data for similar jobs and job levels from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. A candidate’s specific base salary will be based on multiple factors including applicable experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, among other things.
