THE DEVELOPMENT:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Olive, a new residential development in Burnaby. Located in Metrotown, Olive is a six-story wood-frame community featuring 85 homes. Sales will be conducted from a dedicated Presentation Centre, with pre-sales launching in Spring 2025.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative is responsible for actively driving sales and collaborating with the on-site team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
JOB DUTIES:
Sales Support, Customer Service and Administration
- Welcomes and registers all visitors at the Presentation Centre, ensuring a professional and engaging first impression.
- Maintains and updates customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and effective follow-ups.
- Follows Porte’s structured follow-up process to nurture leads and engage prospects from the database.
- Handles daily setup and takedown of display boards, balloons, and other marketing materials at the Presentation Centre.
- Ensures the Presentation Centre and display suites are always clean, organized, and maintained to Porte’s high standards.
- Develop expertise in the disclosure statement, product offerings, and the Contract of Purchase and Sale (including addenda) to provide informed guidance to prospects and realtors.
- Delivers engaging sales presentations to visitors, answering questions and ensuring every prospect has outstanding experience.
- Participates in targeted outreach campaigns to engage and nurture leads within the database.
- Reviews and verifies Contracts of Purchase and Sale to ensure all required signatures and documentation are complete.
- Prepares and sends thank-you emails/cards to guests and purchasers, reinforcing positive relationships.
- Attends and actively participates in all sales launches, promotional events, and industry-related activities.
Marketing Support
- Conducts market research by visiting competing sales centers, gathering competitive intelligence, and maintaining a monthly market analysis report.
- Build strong relationships within the local real estate community, proactively collaborating to drive sales opportunities.
- Supports sales outreach efforts, including delivering presentations to real estate offices and businesses to promote projects.
- Analyzes market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights for upcoming developments and strategic planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in real estate sales.
- Passion for working with people and thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computers and technology.
- Real estate license is an asset but not required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The Sales Centre operates from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, closed on Fridays.
- Standard working hours are 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, five days per week, including weekends. Scheduled days off include Fridays plus one additional weekday.
- Flexibility is required, with additional hours as needed for launch events, promotions, and peak sales periods.
COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Approximately $80,000 to $100,000 Commission Based
