Purpose
The Operations’ Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Director of Residential Operations. They will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day requirements of our clients and property management teams.
Main Responsibilities And Activities
Residential Administration:
- Support and manage the administration of various new initiatives
- Organize and update all matters related to Landlord-Tenant Board, City Orders, Fire Orders, TSSA orders
- Follow up and ensure all parties are kept up to date on all building and suite inspections for portfolio of properties
- Complete physical inspections of residential properties in preparation for various tours and ensure rent-readiness of vacant suites
- Liaise between Client and vendors for approvals on non-recurring expenses over $4,000.00
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Scope
- Work in close cooperation with the Director of Residential Operations
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum: College Diploma
- Preference: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or General Arts
Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in an administrative position within the service industry.
- Preference: experience in Property Management.
