Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and the safe handling of materials. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment. Able to travel between Canada to US.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order picking and fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes for loading and unloading materials.
- Coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Utilize software- Quick book for tracking orders and inventory management.
- Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in order picking, order fulfillment, and package handling.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
