Global Events Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled professional for an open role with our client in the insurance industry. This position involves supporting strategic initiatives by planning and managing events that drive engagement and connectivity across global teams. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will manage logistics, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless execution of impactful events. This opportunity provides exposure to diverse geographies and collaboration with stakeholders in North America and Asia.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
- Manage operational logistics, registration, invitations, and event marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor and maintain budgets with precision.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all elements are implemented effectively.
What you will need to succeed:
- University degree with a minimum of five years of experience in planning and executing corporate events, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to high-pressure situations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing event budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to think creatively.
- High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and situational awareness, with the ability to anticipate needs and read the room effectively.
- Strong service orientation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and managing high-visibility events.
- Familiarity with global collaboration, including managing time zone differences.
