Randstad has partnered with a reputable Energy Management Contractor in Toronto on their search for a Project Coordinator to work across EV Charing, Lighting, Water Leak Protection, and Electrical projects. This position will work under the Project Manager and the Project Coordinator will assist in developing, driving, and implementing project goals in the multi-residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
Advantages This is a full-time, permanent position in an inclusive, supportive environment. There are growth opportunities internally as well for the Project Coordinator to work their way up to Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute projects
- Coordinate communication and ensure the timely delivery of tasks from all project stakeholders
- Oversee and update project timelines, schedules, labor hours, financials, and spending
- Monitor and record progress on project milestones and achievements
- Plan, attend, and contribute to client and contractor meetings
- Track and document key decisions and action items from meetings
- Ensure all project-related documentation is properly organized and up to date
- Provide assistance to field teams when necessary
- Coordinate orders and manage product shipments, including pickups and deliveries from vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year as a Field Coordinator, Field Engineer, or Project Coordinator in the Energy or Electrical sector
- Understanding of project coordinator or project management
- Strong communication skills
Candidates without direct Project Coordination experience may also be considered if you have experience in the Energy, Lighting / Electrical industry.
