Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with their inquiries, reservations, and requests, contributing to an outstanding experience at their home.
Duties
- Greet guests, residents and contractors warmly and provide them with requested information.
- Manage front desk operations, including keys, visitors parking, elevator bookings, viewing cameras
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of amenities, and building matters for residents.
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless working environment.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent guest services are essential.
- Hold a valid security license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
