Kingwest Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and help ensure smooth operations in our busy dental practice.
No experience is required! We’re seeking a fast learner who is eager to grow with us. At Kingwest Dental, we prioritize internal growth through continuous training and learning opportunities.
As part of your journey with us, after the entry level is mastered, we will provide training to help you grow with the potential to become a Treatment Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities for Entry Level:
- Obtaining and entering accurate insurance information
- Maintain patient records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental receptionist role not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dentrix experience is an asset
- Must be fluent in English
