Iron Horse is now HIRING full time licensed Security Guards for Concierge at High-end Condominiums in the downtown / waterfront areas and commercial buildings in the Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Woodbridge, North York, Brampton, and the Oakville Area.
CONCIERGE SECURITY GUARD with PATROLS
AFTERNOON SHIFT
Dundas St East & Parliament St. Toronto, ON (Regent Park)
Monday to Friday 1500 hrs to 2300hrs (8 hr shift)
Candidates with condominium security experience will be given preference. Customer service and hospitality industry experience is also considered an asset. Excellent opportunities for advancement.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License & 1st Aid CPR
- Excellent Communication Skills - English - Written & Verbal
- Excellent Deportment & Professionalism
- Previous experience working in a Condominium as Security/Concierge is preferred.
- Must be personable, positive and have good public relations qualities
- Basic Computer Skills Required
- Parking is provided on-site for those who drive
Post Duties
Answer and respond to all calls to Security phone.
Complete Parcel Audits, Complete Key Audits, Track and Issue Contractor Keys Conduct Access Control Duties, Observe and Monitor C.C.T.V Cameras, Complete Detailed Shifts Reports (Hourly entries), Complete Detailed Incident Reports (When applicable), Complete Patrols by breaking them down into Sections
- Complete Interior Floor By Floor Foot Patrols
- Complete Patrols of all Amenities
- Complete Stairwell Patrols
- Complete Exterior Perimeter Patrols
- Complete Underground Parking Patrols
Review Security Post Orders, Review New and updated Security Pass-on logs & Memos , Observe and report any suspicious or criminal activity, Observe and report any suspicious packages on Site. Complete detailed Shift Briefing for Relieving Security Professional
