Job Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms, and brochures)
· Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Help with travel arrangements and accommodations
· Organizing and maintaining files and records.
· Produce reports, presentations and briefs
· Perform basic administrative tasks, photocopying, filing, and setting sending memos, reviewing incoming reports.
· Assist Account Managers and bookkeeper as required.
· Support management with execution of hosting all company meetings and events.
