Job Overview:
Clara Med Spa is seeking a Receptionist with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team at Promenade Mall. In this dual-role position, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring exceptional client interactions, while also managing our social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence, create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, and monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, manage client records, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- We will prioritize individuals that have a degree in digital marketing.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and hands-on experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and familiarity with Google services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office management software and social media tools.
- Fluency in a second language such as Farsi, Chinese (mandarin), or Russian is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
