As the Real Estate Brokerage Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting brokers and sales representatives in daily operations. Your duties will include managing communication and scheduling, handling administrative tasks, managing office supplies, filing, communicating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and agents.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thornhill, ON. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in real estate administration is a must
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- 1+ Lonewolf back office knowledge is a must
- 1+ years of experience with webforms/transaction desk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Social media knowledge and experience
- Experience in schedule coordination and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive
- Professionalism, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required
