Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales while maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support as needed, assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock counts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends as needed.
