About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for the planning and execution of our Cyber Services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead resource management, monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders. This role involves proactively managing risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and building client trust through successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Enhance stakeholder awareness of project risks and potential issues, with a focus on mitigating challenges in strategic projects
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders including both Client Project Sponsor and Client Project Teams, Sales Team and Cyber Service Owners to optimize project efficiency and maximize client satisfaction
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to address issues
- Ensure weekly timesheets are updated for improved forecasting and resource management purposes
- Support month end project tracking and revenue recognition and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the life cycle of the project
- Develop project plans for all project engagements that define how a project is going to be carried out outlining, scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor progress of project engagements by creating and sending detailed status updates to all project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards in project delivery
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years progressive experience managing technology related projects, with an emphasis on cyber security technology implementation projects or related
- Certified Associate in Project (ManagementCAPM), or equivalent or similar designation high desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills to negotiate resources, changes, issues, budgets, and timelines
- Solid understanding of PMI project management best practices and methodologies
- Effective communication, in both oral and written formats, with exceptional ability to build professional relationships
- Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive and productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
- Detail and results-oriented with a high willingness and motivation to learn
- Excellent organization and time management skills resulting in efficient execution of tasks
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting priorities to meet objectives
- Understanding of risk management, risk mitigation strategies and ability to communicate risk effectively
- Skilled in current MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project
- Cybersecurity industry standard knowledge and/or experience is considered an asset
