Now, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development and Partner Networks Representative to join our team in the Toronto region.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Business Development and Partner Networks Representative, you will:
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to grow FloFab’s presence and market share.
- Build Connections: Expand and strengthen networks in pumping systems, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical engineering, contractors, and related industrial sectors.
- Mobilize Networks: Lead and motivate partners and referrers to achieve sales objectives through meetings, events, and visibility initiatives.
- Analyze and Strategize: Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and create winning strategies to position FloFab as a leader in the industry.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
What You Bring
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, marketing, or partner network management, preferably in building mechanics, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Skills:
- Expertise in market analysis and developing marketing strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities with customers and partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
- Requirements:
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 60-80% of the time).
- Relevant training or extensive experience in sales and business development.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (French is an asset).
- Discipline, reliability, and self-motivation.
