Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome guests to the retail store, assist with product selection, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and trends to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Merchandising: Maintain an appealing store environment by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth operation and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Brand Representation: Uphold CEM Resorts’ standards of excellence by embodying professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a luxury or resort environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
