We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to coordinate our service technicians and facilitate the health and safety program. The Service Coordinator's responsibilities include managing the service requirements for our clients and coordinating schedules with service staff and homeowners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Fulfilling your role as a Health & Safety Lead you will support a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and maintaining the health and safety policies and procedures (training to be provided).

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and review schedules for the Service Technicians
· Working closely with the Service Manager to coordinate dispatching for the technicians
· Determine and assign service orders to suitable technicians
· Update the schedule as required
· Organize and validate incoming requests from builders and homeowners
· Respond quickly to customers and service technicians
· Open and assign service orders
· Review work orders submitted by technicians ensuring that they contain all the required information
· Follow-up on open service orders ensuring the work is completed and the order is closed and invoiced if applicable
· Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service requests, work orders, and client communications.
· Assist in the creation, entering and tracking of service contracts
· Communicate with homeowners, builders and Nelmar staff
· Organize service data for efficient retrieval

Training to be provided for the following responsibilities:
· Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures for the group of companies
· Participate in regular risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and assist in implementing corrective actions.
· Coordinate health and safety training programs for workers
· Support the investigation of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
· Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, and maintain up-to-date records and documentation
· Audits
· Conduct meetings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
· Min 2 years of experience as a construction Service Coordination
· Post-secondary education in either construction project management or health & safety or equivalent work experience
· Knowledge of construction-related health and safety (additional training to be provided)
· An understanding of the Tarion Warranty and CPG
· Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flex hours available)
· Excellent computer and customer service skills
· Organized with attention to detail
· Professional with a positive attitude
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to perform under a fast-paced pressure environment
· Effectively engage with clients that present potential issues
· Strive for customer satisfaction
· Valid class G driver's license (with clean driver abstract)
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
