Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails and phone calls from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Monitoring and ensuring visitors and contractors register before entering the building
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Create and track P.O’s for in house orders

- Arrange courier pickups and deliveries (FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, etc.)

- Assisting the Executives with assigned tasks and duties as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- 2-3 years as a receptionist is required
- Knowledge of basic phone systems and etiquette
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Experience with SAP or willingness to learn
