Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software (mainly QuickBooks) to record and track financial transactions
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
