Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator to support social media campaigns.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments or inquiries using tools like Hootsuite.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and promotions.
- Utilize proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to optimize future efforts.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in e-commerce and digital advertising to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or similar applications.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing trends and a desire to continuously learn and grow within the field.

Pay: $25.00-$52.28 per hour
