Your Role in Our Journey
As our Digital Marketing & Retention Specialist, you will create and refine lifecycle marketing strategies—from welcome emails to win-back campaigns—ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our audience and drives engagement. You’ll manage email, SMS, paid advertising (across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok), and website UX optimizations, all while analyzing performance data to guide ongoing improvements. The Impact You Could Have
1. Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and implement automated email flows and campaigns (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back) tailored to specific customer segments.
- Plan and schedule promotional and educational email/SMS content that fosters growth in revenue and audience engagement.
2. Customer Segmentation & Personalization
- Use customer data and purchase behavior to create targeted segments, offering personalized messaging and offers.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through relevant, engaging touchpoints.
- Digital Ad Management
- Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, budgets, and targeting to drive acquisition, awareness, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with brand messaging.
4. Automation & Workflow Management
- Continuously optimize email and SMS workflows to nurture leads, rescue abandoned carts, and boost repeat purchases.
- Explore opportunities for new triggers and journeys that improve customer retention.
5. Website UX/UI Initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine website navigation and checkout flows, increasing conversion rates.
- Conduct user behavior analysis to proactively address pain points and improve shopping experiences.
6. SEO Optimization
- Perform routine keyword research, refine meta tags, and ensure internal linking strategies are aligned with SEO best practices.
- Track organic performance and adapt the website content strategy for better rankings.
7. Content Collaboration
- Partner with creative and product teams to develop compelling copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all campaigns, blog posts, and social media channels.
8. Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates) to measure campaign success.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, visuals, copy, landing pages, and send times, using results to refine strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, focusing on lifecycle marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar tools) and HTML for email design.
- Analytical mindset: You enjoy diving into data, interpreting trends, and acting on insights with the analytics in each platform as well as the ability to understand data from Google Analytic(GA4), Semrush(or similar), Clarity(or similar) and other social analytics tools in order to drive better decision making.
- History of success working within cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales.
- A passion for delivering creative solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
