Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
AI & Digital Innovation Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to coordinate innovation initiatives, engage stakeholders and technology vendors, analyze technology trends, support strategic proposals and deliver AI-related projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee innovation initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Engage with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and partners to facilitate collaboration and enable technology adoption
- Conduct market scans and research to identify emerging AI and technology trends relevant to Infrastructure North America
- Support strategic proposals and projects by contributing technical insights and project coordination
- Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and optimize AI models and solutions that address business challenges and opportunities
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, or related IT initiatives, preferably in a large or complex organization
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to track project milestones and deliver on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven research and analysis capabilities, with a focus on emerging technology trends and innovation management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and initiatives
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Experience with innovation best practices and software methodologies including AI
- Familiarity with software development best practices and integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise systems
- Comfortable engaging with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, or AI technologies

Salary Range
$57,900 - $107,700
