About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Sales & RFP Assistant to support our Sales and Business Development team. This entry-level role will give you an opportunity to assist in proposal development, coordination, and submission processes. If you have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Business Development team in preparing and submitting high-quality proposals.
- Assist in the review of solicitation requirements and help manage proposal timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to gather necessary content for proposals.
- Develop and maintain proposal documentation, including schedules, compliance checklists, and content outlines.
- Help organize and facilitate proposal meetings, including internal reviews and feedback sessions.
- Track and report on proposal progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in the post-submission debrief to identify areas for improvement in proposal strategies.
- Continuously update proposal templates and documents as needed.
- Reach out to and maintain communication with channel partners and consultants for joint bid opportunities, ensuring alignment and gathering necessary information for proposals.
- Provide general administrative support for the proposal process, including file management and document preparation.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role (preferably in proposal, sales, or project management environment)
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong research skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Basic knowledge of proposal management or project coordination
- Familiarity with proposal best practices and processes
- Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company is a plus

Pay: Base Salary ($51,000 to $60,000 depending on experience)
