Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Laurus Travel in Vancouver, BC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating effective written and verbal communication skills, performing executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Japanese and Chinese
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
