Description
As the Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of learning and talent programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient program delivery. You will provide real-time hosting support for virtual training, working closely with Learning Specialists, Operational SMEs, and business Leaders to collaborate on the setup and delivery of both in-person and online programs.
This role tracks the success of learning programs by updating attendance records, producing reports and metrics, sending out assessments, and following up on participant and Manager feedback to continuously improve training efforts. The Learning Coordinator also supports the administration and application of government training grant programs for Ledcor, ensuring grant monies are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner. Working closely with the Learning Systems Coordinator, the Learning Coordinator provides Tier 2 end user support for Workday Learning, troubleshooting issues and identifying resolutions to end user problems.

Essential Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize training sessions, including event planning, booking venues, catering, and other logistics
- Serve as the liaison between Ledcor resources and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across programs
- Distribute timely communication, evaluations, and updates to participants and managers throughout various programs
- Collaborate with team members to keep training materials, resources, Hub articles, and process documents current
- Monitor the Learn inbox and act as the first point of contact for Ledcor employees regarding learning and talent inquiries
- Track course evaluations and follow up with participants and managers to gather feedback
- Update Workday Learning with attendance records, enrollment status, course completion, and program metrics
- Coordinate the delivery and completion of 360 assessments and other pre-course evaluations, and support virtual learning sessions and facilitators
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience within a learning or HR coordinator position
- A degree in Adult Learning or Administration is desirable but not essential for this position
- Experience in the coordination of training programs in a busy corporate office or educational environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Working Conditions
- This is a work from home position with the understanding you may be required to attend in office as needed
Compensation
$49,600-$68,200 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
