We’re looking for an Assistant to Executives who thrives on managing complex projects, handling confidential tasks, and ensuring seamless operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level support to executives, coordinate projects, develop proposals, and liaise with diverse stakeholders—all while contributing to meaningful organizational goals. With responsibilities ranging from managing calendars and travel arrangements to assisting with staff events, your attention to detail and discretion will help drive impactful community programming. You may deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
The starting range for this position is $31.92 to $34.88 per hour.
