Project Coordinator: Entry level position. Applicant should have construction background with BCIT diploma (or equivalent ).
- Should be familiar with residential construction processes
- Should be familiar with Excel, MS Project
- Will work independently to schedule trades, visit sites, estimate costs.
- Must enjoy working with clients and consultants on custom home renovations.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral to the successful execution of construction projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your core skills in project management and construction will guide you in coordinating project timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software, along with premium skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating, will enhance project efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in time management and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project and Excel will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines using Microsoft Project and Excel to ensure timely completion of construction tasks.
- Assist in blueprint reading and interpretation to facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates on milestones.
- Support the project manager in estimating costs and preparing bids using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.

Pay: $6,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
