This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
- Familiarity with Google Ad words is an asset
- Experience with website and blog editing/publishing is an asset
- Experience with photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with a variety of digital devices is an asset
- Strong social media knowledge
- Destination marketing, hospitality industry or lifestyle brand marketing a plus
Responsibilities:
- Implement and assist with coordinating the online communications plan through website
- Keep company website up to date and do product data entry on a regular basis
- Edit and publish content from freelance writers to SCT's website and blog
- Monito the similar trend website and work to bring fresh ideas to the website
- Create and edit photos, video clips on the website
- Coordinate video projects and post videos online
- Assist with e-newsletter and mail chimp
- Stay current on trends in marketing, online media and the restaurant industry
