We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist for a short-term contract from January 6th to January 31st at our office located at Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Greet visitors and customers in a professional manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including paperwork and filing.
- Create shipping labels for courier pickups.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Receptionist role.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer skills and tech-savvy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (8/10).
- Team player with a professional and friendly attitude.
