We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative/HR Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized files.
- Assist in data collection and reporting to support departmental functions.
- Facilitate training development initiatives by coordinating HR process.
- Process payroll information accurately using ADP or similar systems.
- Support HR sourcing efforts by managing applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Strong data collection skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing workload.
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
