Role Overview:
The Junior Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of highrise concrete forming projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in structural engineering or construction management who is eager to grow within the formwork industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Monitor and track project materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficiency.
- Support the resolution of onsite challenges and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or B.Tech in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, particularly in highrise construction, is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
