Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
- Identifying and addressing customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Providing expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Following company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
- Building expert, dynamic knowledge of BYL’s products and services
- Conducting research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries
- Engaging with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties
Order Processor is responsible for:
- Performing order entry in Dynamics (inventory management software) and all communication and planning with the customer as well as internal teams (warehouse, inventory) regarding the order
- Maintaining up to date records for customers in Dynamics
- Creating shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Providing pre and post sales support to customers; manage inquiries, solve issues/discrepancies, manage returns
- Relying on readily available assistance from team members and supervisors to resolve issues as they relate to order processing and the delivery of such services
- Consistently increasing knowledge and awareness of products and services offered and sharing that knowledge with customers
- Proactively identify potential customer issues and provide a resolution or escalate them within the team for resolution
- Maintaining filing system
- Other data entry duties as required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work independently, as well as with the team
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be accurate and detail oriented
