About the Role
As a Client Care & Experience Coordinator, you will be the heart of our wellness clinic, ensuring every client’s journey is smooth, supportive, and memorable. From welcoming clients to managing schedules and supporting clinic operations, your contribution will directly impact women's health and well-being, from pre-pregnancy to postpartum care and beyond, making a truly meaningful difference in their lives.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime role. We value work-life balance and are happy to discuss a schedule that supports your personal priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel supported from arrival to departure
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments with precision using clinic software
- Educate clients on wellness services, including movement, therapy, and workshops
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with clinic operations, including stocking supplies and maintaining a tidy, photo-ready space
- Support the General Manager with special projects as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of client-facing experience (hospitality, retail, etc.) and 1+ year of admin experience
- Experience in a wellness, medical, or health clinic is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with kindness, candor, and clarity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple schedules
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Jane App, or MindBody is preferred
- Adaptable, quick to switch gears, and a true team player
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
