Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, capable of handling various tasks from masonry to heavy equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.

Duties

Execute construction tasks including but not limited to masonry, tile laying, and caulking.
Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively on job sites.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Restore existing structures while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
Perform construction painting as required by project specifications.
Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and resource needs.
Collaborate with other subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.

Skills

Proficiency in plumb techniques and practices.
Experience in construction painting, with an eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of hand tools used in various construction tasks.
Familiarity with masonry techniques for building or repairing structures.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Competence in reading schematics for effective project execution.
Skills in restoring structures while maintaining quality standards.
Experience in tile laying for flooring or wall applications.
Understanding of construction estimating processes for project planning.
Proficient in caulking techniques for sealing joints and openings effectively.

This role is essential for ensuring high-quality workmanship on our projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
