RESPONSIBLITIES
- Effectively communicate and consult with residential customers by sharing your knowledge of electrical projects and or safety issues in their homes.
- Perform diagnostic, service, and electrical installation work in residential customers' homes.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures within relevant codes.
- Answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Represent our brand with integrity while keeping safety and the client's best interest in mind.
- Offer fair and impartial quotes for upgrades and repairs to enhance the safety of the client's existing electrical systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 309A Certified.
- Completion of the Canadian in-class apprenticeship courses; Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.
- A can-do attitude and an ability to offer a positive customer service experience.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Five years of residential electrical service experience, working in existing homes with closed walls – able to fish wires.
- Ability to rewire an existing home in a supervisory capacity.
- Clean drivers record.
