REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Events Industry or Completion of Events Management Post Secondary Education (please do not apply without related experience or schooling)

DUTIES, included, but not limited to:
- Assist the Director of Operations in day-to-day tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Booking and coordinating with all clients for classes, catering and venue bookings
- Managing Events and Venue Calendar
- Event Sales and negotiations
- Invoicing clients
- Occasional onsite event assistance
- Monthly Sales reporting
- Updating POS systems
- managing various inventories
- Client correspondence
- Booking zoom meetings
- Planning driver routes
- Managing in-house calendar
- Sending client invoices
- Preparing shipping labels
- Preparing shipping kits
- Option to take on occasional in house event service / bartending with tips
- Subordinate staff training
- And other duties as may be deemed necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
